With over thirty years as a professional horseman, judge and broadcaster Jeff Tracy touches every aspect of the world of horses.
Winning his first National Championship at the age of 16 Jeff continued to compete and win in Arabian, Quarter Horse and Pinto until he retired from the show ring at the age of 34.
Since the age of 21 Jeff Tracy has been a s licensed judge USEF (formerly AHSA), over the years he added AQHA, PtHA, AHA. He is a life member of AQHA, APHA, and PtHA. Jeff has been a member of the Working Western Council of USEF and sat on the first Working Western futurity/maturity committee with IAHA.
Jeff Tracy’s broadcasting career has spanned over 25 years with radio, TV, movies and commercials.
From 1991 to 2008 he hosted the nationally syndicated show Horsemansworld. Tracy also hosted the syndicated radio show Pro Rodeo Today and was the anchor for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo which is broadcast on the Pro Rodeo Radio Network. Jeff Tracy is also a licensed equine appraiser with the American Society of Equine Appraisers.
1976-Present judged over 300 horse shows including 25 National and Regional Championships (includes Arabian, Morgan, Miniature, Pinto, Paint, and Quarter Horse)
In 2000 Jeff turned his passion for cooking into a profession. As the Cowboy Cook on TV he entertains his audience with his original recipes, quick wit and easy gong style. A favorite of viewers around the Northwest, Jeff is now expanding his audience to a national and international level.
