Established in 1994, Performance Maintenance, Inc. (PMI) stands out as a family-run janitorial and supply enterprise deeply dedicated to environmental sustainability. At the head of this rapidly growing team are Celina and Eric Quintana, supported by their children Eric Jr. and Daven, as well as their niece Rossana Henriquez.
From its humble beginnings with just two staff members, PMI has undergone significant expansion. Today, proudly operates with 160 employees and has successfully secured a multitude of maintenance and supply contracts across the state of New Mexico.
